The SPCA
strongly recommends that pets only be given as gifts when the recipient
is able to play an active role in the selection of the pet. Stuffed
animals can be given to represent the gift, wrapped in a box with an
SPCA gift certificate! SPCA adoptions gift certificates can be used for
adoptions or supplies from our Pampered Pet Boutique! Adoptions
for cats range from $35 to $125 and adoptions for dogs range from $65 to
$250. All SPCA adoptions include the adoption fee, spay/neuter surgery,
initial vaccinations, ID tag, microchip, health evaluation, and other
extras. We also sell gift certificates for our Spay/Neuter Clinic,
Behavior Training Services, and for merchandise at our Benefit Shop.
