Blanca previously worked as a high school teacher, and she has a background in Computer Science.  She shares her home with a sassy but very sweet Shih-Tzu named Mulan.    Blanca was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, and grew up in Salinas.  

She has adopted from the SPCA and utilized our Vet Clinic Services.  On the rare occasion she is not with her dog, she likes to volunteer at her church and go swimming.  Blanca and Mulan like to read, go for walks in the park, go shopping, and visit local restaurants.  She is proud to have the opportunity to work with the community and the SPCA!
