Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of The SPCA for Monterey County. If you have made an error in making your donation please contact us at info@spcamc.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Your monthly support as a Constant Companion provides food, shelter and medical care for animal in need. If you need to make changes to your monthly gift, please contact us at info@spcamc.org.

Important Notice: The SPCA Adoption Center (adoptions) and Animal Shelter (incoming animals) are closed due to a water leak. Our Veterinary Clinic will be open for vaccinations but closed for spay/neuter surgeries. Rest assured the animals are safe and dry.
